If you have a desire to work with large national retailers in the world of merchandising and fashion jewelry, then you will enjoy working within our company. We are a growing well established fashion accessories distribution company covering the USA. Position Summary:

As a Key Accounts Administrator you will handle all aspects of preparing large orders coming from our key accounts which includes following very specific routing guides which cover many details on how a product is to be merchandised, packaged and shipped to the end customers many retail locations. This will include communication, presentations, and documentation; this also includes inputting orders in our order management system and managing any changes.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assure all product is prepared following routing guide instructions provided by customers
  • Communicate with our sales reps and sales department; also with customers to respond to special requests and presentations for samples and product information
  • Prepare presentations and line sheets using Power Point and Excel spreadsheets with photos and pertinent information about products, pricing, UPC codes , etc.
  • Prepare forms specific to each customer
  • Prepare samples and tags and coordinate delivery with shipping department
  • Maintain and ensure compliance with routing guides and individual customer requirements regarding testing, packaging and tagging
  • Process sales orders
  • Coordinate and communicate customer requirements with inventory specialist, manager and operational staff from inception to delivery of order
  • Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery through coordination with vendors and shipping schedules
  • Maintain customer files

This position requires:

  • Minimum 2 year degree and/or 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Background in sales desirable
  • High level of attention to detail and diligent follow-through with ability to multi task
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills involving interaction with key accounts, sales reps and vendors
  • Ability to coordinate efforts, information and materials from several departments
  • People skills , strong work ethic and a great attitude
  • Computer skills including Excel, Power Point and Word: Knowledge of Great Plains Dynamics a plus
